The price is determined by the apparel/product you select, how many colors your design requires, the number of locations on the product that will be decorated and the type of decoration method (screen print, embroidery, digital, etc).

Fast. While our standard turnaround time is 10 days, we offer a few options to get your shirts more quickly.

We offer our "Lightning" service which is 3 business days. We have a select number of products available for Lightning. Contact us for more info.

Orders needing to be completed faster than our normal 2 weeks will need to be determined by consulting with an Account Manager. Contact us to help iron out the details.

Nope! We'll keep a record of your design details, so reordering is simple and easy.

Absolutely! Keep in mind that different color shirts may require additional screens when screen printing. Also the size and location of design will need to be considered.

Files should be vector form. We prefer: EPS, AI or PDF. If you don’t have a vector file, we recommend 300dpi or larger in one of the following formats PSD, TIF or JPG.

If all of that sounds like gibberish to you, give us a quick call to talk with one of our in-house designers.

For a basic order with no add-on services, the standard turnaround time is 10 business days, plus transit time if shipping. Additional services such as custom inside tags, non standard design placement, etc will extend your turnaround time.

Orders do not have a per size minimum. Keep in mind that your design may not fit properly on every size. Talk with one of our Account Managers for guidance on design sizes and placement.

For screen printing, YES we do recommend this. Sizes can vary dramatically between youth and adult apparel. In most instances, if the design on an adult won’t fit on the youth or toddler apparel, a second set of screens is highly recommended. If the print is using a DTF or DTG method, then it doesn’t matter what size the garment is, the art design will be sized to fit.

No problem. Just let your Account Manager know the garment sample you're looking for and we'll get a sample order started for you.

Printing FAQS

Get answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Yep. We can match any Solid Uncoated Pantone color. It's tough to match exactly since we are printing on fabric and different inks will vary slightly, but we'll get it as close as possible

We do not use discharge or water based screen printing inks. Our dry climate doesn’t work well with them.

Indeed we do! Give us a call to talk about our awesome specialty ink and services.

Four Color Process printing, also known as CMYK, essentially performs the same way that your inkjet printer does, blending the four colors, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black) to produce full-color images as opposed to spot color images. Four Color Process is best when printed on white or very light colored apparel and does not work well on dark shirts. For full color images on dark shirts, we recommend Simulated Process printing, DTG and DTF.

Simulated Process printing is an amped-up version of Four Color Process. It is capable of producing very photo-realistic images with a high amount of detail. It uses traditional spot colors, yet blends them in a four-color process manner, simulating full color images. This process works very well on both light and dark colored garments. The ink color count for simulated process jobs are often in the five to ten color range, therefore making it the best process for higher quantity runs. For low quantity orders, we recommend DTG and DTF decoration methods.

Products FAQS

Yes! We can source shirts from every major manufacturer. Our product page simply has a list of our most popular shirts, so if you have a something in mind that you don't see on our website, simply let us know and we'll find it for you.

Yes, with conditions. Anything that is customer supplied, we do not guarantee the apparel or the decoration. If the supplied apparel reacts poorly to the decoration method, or the decoration does not last or turn out as hoped, we do not refund for either of these nor do we replace the apparel if damaged. We do our best to consult with you prior and even suggest doing a sample before any multi piece order. Here is more info about our customer supplied policies.

Payment FAQS

Get answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Once you have approved your quote, we kindly ask for payment in full prior to doing the work if not on Net Terms.

If your order doesn't match the digital mockup you approved, you can absolutely return the shirts and ask for a reprint. Obviously, that's something neither of us want and we work very hard to ensure you get exactly what you're expecting. Keep in mind that colors seen on screens are not the same as what will be on the product. If a sample is required prior to full order production, that can be done. See our Sample policy for more info.

Our 3% under policy is to insure the right amount of shirts will be printed. Product decoration is not an exact science. Sometimes there are small errors on press, damaged product from suppliers, etc. However, we will always refund your card if we do not meet the required amount up to 3% under the quantity Order. If the damaged amount is greater than 3% we will reprint the goods. If exact quantities are needed, we will strongly encourage you to order extras. We do not screen print ‘one more shirt’ once the screens have been taken off the press.
